Amanda Castle, CMA, CPA has a diverse range of work experience in various accounting roles. Amanda started their career as a Staff Accountant at Dent K. Burk Associates from December 2002 to May 2004. Amanda then moved on to AFG Industries, Inc as a Cost Accountant from May 2004 to March 2007, where they maintained standard costs for inventory items and analyzed variances. Amanda then joined TRACO as a Plant Accountant from March 2007 to June 2011, responsible for day-to-day operational reporting and reporting to the Assistant Controller. Amanda later joined Electro-Mechanical Corporation, where they held multiple roles such as Accounting Manager from January 2010 to March 2011, Division Controller from March 2011 to March 2014, Corporate Controller from March 2014 to September 2017, Director of Accounting & Information Technology from September 2017 to October 2019, and currently serves as the Director of Accounting since October 2019. In the role of Division Controller at Electro-Mechanical Corporation, Amanda was responsible for overseeing all accounting functions of four divisions and ensured compliance with accounting principles. Amanda Castle, CMA, CPA, received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accountancy from East Tennessee State University from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their degree, Amanda has obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants and has completed a certification in Strategic Business Leadership from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
