Longdy Yi

Longdy Yi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Longdy began their career in 2011 at AIESEC, where they held various roles including Country Manager and HR & OD Executive. In 2013, they worked as a Logistics Manager at ACTED before moving on to become a Department Head at Appletree International School. In 2014, Yi joined Electrolux as a Talent Management Trainee before progressing to roles such as Talent Specialist and Human Resources Executive. Currently, they are employed at Electrolux Professional Group as the Director of Group Talent Management and also serves as an HR Business Partner for two global divisions.

Longdy Yi's education history is as follows:

- From 2009 to 2010, Longdy Yi attended the Università degli Studi di Padova as part of an Undergraduate Exchange Programme. The field of study was Linguistics and Cultural Mediation within the Faculty of Humanity and Philosophy.

- From 2007 to 2012, Longdy Yi studied at Pañāsāstra University of Cambodia, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. The fields of study were Business and Economics.
