Gonzalo Argüello

Gonzalo Argüello has extensive work experience in various roles in the technology industry.

Starting in 2008, they worked as an Application Developer at SOP until December 2009. In 2009, they joined IBM as an MS SQL Server and IBM DB2 DBA, where they managed database administration tasks until March 2015.

After leaving IBM, Gonzalo joined Box - Custodia de Archivos (later renamed as Box Custodia) as a Software Developer. Gonzalo worked on digital signature projects for the Argentine Digital Signature Infrastructure and was responsible for designing and developing a cryptographic module for keystore management. Gonzalo also integrated with EJBCA. Gonzalo worked in this role until December 2017.

In 2015, Gonzalo became the Management Representative at Tedequim SRL, where they handled foreign market strategies and was responsible for quality management system maintenance and continuous improvement until September 2019.

During their time at Tedequim SRL, starting in 2016, Gonzalo took on the role of Project and Tech Leader (Security Engineering Team) at 3XM Group. Gonzalo managed a corporate authentication platform project and was responsible for stakeholder management, scope, and schedule management. Gonzalo worked in this role until August 2019.

Also in 2017, they worked as the Digital Signature Development Projects Manager at Box Custodia, where they led the conversion of the development department into an agile team. Gonzalo set goals for business and personnel and guided team members in new roles and responsibilities. Gonzalo worked in this role until October 2018.

In 2019, Gonzalo joined Fligoo as a Project Manager, handling various Data Science projects in different industries such as fintech, health, FMCG, and education. Gonzalo was responsible for end-to-end software development and worked closely with clients in the US and Latam. Gonzalo also contributed to process definition, implementation of best practices, and scaling of the technology organization. In June 2021, they were promoted to Software Engineering Manager, overseeing the design and development of software applications and leading a team of engineers. Gonzalo was also responsible for hiring and developing engineers and communicating with C-suite, technical architects, and clients. Gonzalo held this role until October 2021.

Currently, Gonzalo is working as an Engineering Manager LatAm at ElectroNeek starting from October 2021.

Gonzalo Argüello's educational history is as follows:

From 2013 to 2014, they attended Instituto Universitario Aeronáutico, where they pursued a postgraduate specialization in IT Security.

In 2019, they enrolled at Kinetic and earned a Project Manager degree, focusing on Project Management.

From 2004 to 2010, they studied at Instituto Universitario Aeronáutico, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a specialization in IT.

In 2004 and 2005, they attended Proydesa - Instituto Gabriel Taborin, where they achieved the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, specializing in Networking.

In addition to their formal education, Gonzalo Argüello has obtained several certifications. In June 2020, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute. In September 2018, they received the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Manager.
