Oleg Lekuchev

Oleg Lekuchev is the current Director of IT at ElectroNeek. From January 2004 to August 2021, they were the Vice President and Head of IT at ABBYY. Oleg is responsible for developing and implementing IT strategy, as well as Digital Transformation strategy. Oleg has also managed a global IT team of 60+ people, conducting recruitment, task and goal setting, motivation, and skills development. Additionally, they have built a global IT function from scratch, consolidated internal development, infrastructure support, and information security groups. Oleg has also designed and implemented IT processes in accordance with the ITIL best practice.

Lekuchev has also implemented the Information Management concept that led to an increase in employees' collaboration efficiency and knowledge accumulation within the company. Additionally, they managed the global Salesforce CRM implementation with over 500 users from Sales and Marketing. Oleg also implemented Apttus CLM solution to support revenue contracts life cycle. Furthermore, they implemented the SAP SuccessFactors system in order to optimize HR processes from recruiting to education.

In terms of security, Lekuchev has developed and executed information security policies and procedures. Oleg has also conducted the SOC II certification for the company's cloud services. Furthermore, they developed an internal controls system. Lastly, they developed and implemented a DRP plan that allowed key company processes to be restored within 24 hours.

They work with Aziz Keissi - VP of Customer Support, Elina Iudovskaia - Chief of Staff, and Keith Abramson - VP of Sales. Oleg Lekuchev reports to Sergey Yudovskiy, CEO & Co-Founder.
