Derek Franks is an experienced professional in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Fan Intelligence Data and Analytics and holding various leadership positions at Electronic Arts since June 2017. Derek oversees the Insights function for Worldwide Customer Experience, focusing on customer experience innovation, analytics, data science, and market research.
