Joe Bond

Joe Bond has been in the engineering industry since 1984. Joe began their career at Electronic Concepts, Inc. as President & Director of Engineering, where their primary responsibilities focused on driving growth and expansion into new technologies, products, and markets. Joe also directed research and development in collaboration with customers and industries. In addition, Joe was the Operations & Engineering Manager, where they were in charge of managing the corporate office operations, manufacturing, and engineering, with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives. Joe then moved into the role of Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for oversight of application, design, process, and production engineering departments. Joe was also responsible for technical presentations, industry papers, on-site customer support technical reviews, and training sessions. Budget approval, departmental goals, plan implementation and control were all part of their regular daily engineering responsibilities. In 1995, Joe moved to Electronic Concepts Film Division as General Manager, where they were in charge of plant operations for solvent cast production of capacitor dielectrics. Joe was also the sole producer of dielectric grade polycarbonate.

Joe Bond attended Virginia Tech from 1981 to 1983, studying Civil Engineering. Joe then attended Monmouth University from 1986 to 1993, studying Electrical Engineering. Finally, they attended the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a BSBM in Business Management.
