Daniel Marcellus

Daniel Marcellus is an experienced freelance mix engineer and producer with a diverse skill set in live show programming and music software operation. Since July 2012, Daniel has been providing expertise as a Freelance Mix Engineer/Producer and has been part of Electronic Creatives since January 2013, specializing in music software, hardware operation, custom controller integration, and video and lighting synchronization. Notable clients include high-profile artists such as Kanye West, Jay-Z, Drake, and Cirque du Soleil. Daniel has also played the drums and served as an Ableton programmer for bands like Happy Hollows and Future People, and has held technical roles with various artists, including the Yeah Yeah Yeah's and Ben Harper. Education includes a Bachelor of Music in Jazz from The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University, completed in 2006.
