Bob Pusateri

Bob Pusateri has extensive work experience beginning in 1987 as a Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. In 1990, they became Plant Engineering Manager at Shamban Polymer Technologies Group. In 1995, they were promoted to Branch Manager at Minarik Automation & Control, where they had P&L and Sales responsibility for a multi-million dollar sales territory. In 2004, they became Vice President at Noble Jager, LLC, where they guided a start-up team to develop three ultra-precise machines for processing and cutting diamond gems. Bob also held the role of Project Manager at Electronic Drives & Controls and other companies. Most recently, Bob has been the Director of Business Development at Electronic Drives & Controls, Inc. since 2017, where they are responsible for increasing sales, mentoring and training salespeople, developing strategies to target new customers and markets, and expanding and supporting marketing objectives of ownership.

Bob Pusateri attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Theater.
