Mike Arbogast

Mike Arbogast has extensive experience in the construction and HVAC industries, currently serving as Project Superintendent at Constructive Builders since June 2020, focusing on new builds and renovations in data centers. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Project Manager at Electronic Environments Corporation, beginning in October 2007, and owned Pacific Heating & Air Conditioning from February 2000 to February 2006. Mike’s career in HVAC began as a Heating Air Conditioning Technician at TRN Heat & Air Conditioning from 1994 to 2000. Additionally, Mike worked as a Journeyman Plasterer for Cement Mason & Plasterer Local #2 from 1989 to 1994, and as a Lath & Plaster/Framer for Houghton Tile and Plaster from 1985 to 1989, providing expertise in commercial and residential projects. Mike's early career included service as a Truck Driver for the US Army Corps of Engineers from 1982 to 1985, specializing in heavy equipment transportation.
