Kristiina Starck Enman

Kristiina Starck Enman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kristiina is currently the Director for Sustainable Industry at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Board Member at HSB Norr, where they were involved in building and managing accommodation for over one million people in Sweden.

Kristiina also has experience as a Co-Owner at Electronic Parking AB, where they focused on mapping the Finnish parking market and creating relations and sales in Finland. Additionally, they held various roles at IUC Norr - Industriellt utvecklingscentrum, including Business Manager, Project Manager, and Business Developer and Project Leader. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing project portfolios, supporting project leaders, and driving business development and HR initiatives.

Kristiina has also worked as a Business Development Advisor at Almi Företagspartner, where they advised growth companies and helped them develop as business leaders. Kristiina also served as the Projektleader for the Northern Innovation Network project, where they developed a database for innovative companies to facilitate networking and business collaborations.

Earlier in their career, Kristiina founded and served as the CEO of Starck Marknadskonsult, a marketing consultancy firm. Kristiina was also the CEO and founder of LiKolo AB, where they focused on the development and marketing of innovative products for the Swedish and Scandinavian markets.

Kristiina has a background in healthcare innovation, having worked as an Innovation Advisor at Norrbottens Läns Landsting, where they focused on implementing innovative thinking in the healthcare sector.

Kristiina's work experience also includes a role as CEO/Franchiser at Senioruthyrning.se, where they led a team of seniors and was responsible for scheduling, budgeting, recruitment, and payroll management.

Throughout their career, Kristiina has demonstrated a strong focus on business development, strategic thinking, project management, and leadership.

Kristiina Starck Enman completed their Associate of Science degree in Marketing Management and International Business from Schiller International University from 1993 to 1995. Kristiina also attended a 3-day course in Stockholm at The George Washington University School of Business for Managing Projects, earning 2.2 continuing education units.
