Frank Pennisi

Frank joined EFI as CEO in 2023. Prior to EFI, he was President and CEO of Orora Packaging Solutions, a California-based corrugated packaging company leveraging EFI Nozomi technology. Frank’s leadership helped the business develop the largest share of growth and profit for the Orora Group in its 2022 fiscal year. His experience with EFI solutions also extends to the close collaboration and consulting he has done with Orora Visual – a leading display graphics provider that is among the largest North American users of EFI VUTEk display graphics and EFI Reggiani industrial textile digital printers. Previously, Frank spent two decades in leadership positions at FLIR Systems (now Teledyne FLIR), Honeywell, and GE. The proven experience Frank brings in driving profitable growth, accountability, and quality ensure that EFI continues to lead the market in customer service, technological innovation, new market growth, and delivering best-in-class industrial solutions that define the future of print and packaging.

Frank earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
