Victor Chen

Victor Chen holds extensive experience in legal and strategic roles within various companies. Currently, Victor serves as the Director of Strategic Relations at EFI since November 2019. Prior to this, Victor was the General Counsel at Dtex Systems from April 2016 to October 2019 and at AlienVault from November 2012 to April 2016. Victor's earlier positions include Senior Corporate Counsel at Hara, Corporate Counsel at ArcSoft, Business Development at Zerynth Technologies, and Treasury Analyst at AllAdvantage.com. Victor's educational background includes an MBA from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, a J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
