Janell Hughes

Janell Hughes has a strong background in sales and marketing in the senior living industry. Janell started their career at Sunrise Senior Living in 2003, where they held various roles including Area Sales Manager and Director of Community Relations. Janell then moved on to work for Assisted Living Concepts as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing from 2010 to 2011. Janell continued their career at Capital Senior Living as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing from 2011 to 2017. Janell then worked for Senior Lifestyle as a Regional Director of Operations from 2017 to 2018. Janell then joined Stonecrest Senior Living as the Director of Senior Living Sales from 2018 to 2019. Janell then worked for Artis Senior Living as a Regional Sales Director from 2019 to 2021. After that, they joined Pathway to Living as a Regional Director of Sales from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Janell is working at Elegance Senior Living as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, starting in 2022.

Janell Hughes attended Indiana State University from 1993 to 1997, where they studied Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy. Following that, from 1997 to 1999, they attended Indiana Purdue University Fort Wayne and pursued a field of study in Organizational Leadership.
