Karen Davidson

Karen Davidson currently serves as the Head of Chairman's Club & Business Development at Elegant Resorts, starting in December 2023. Previously, Karen held the position of Global Director of Sales for the UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia at Minor Hotels from May 2018 to November 2023, overseeing a broad portfolio of international hotel brands. Prior to that, Karen was the Sales Director for the same regions at Diethelm Travel Group, focusing on market establishment and business development. With extensive experience in the hospitality sector, Karen also served as the Director of Business Development - Leisure at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and held key roles at Cosmos Holidays and Hayes & Jarvis, where the career in leisure travel began. Karen holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Tourism from the University of the West of England.
