Amanda Jones

Amanda Jones has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of radiography and healthcare. Amanda began their career in 1998 as a Radiographer at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust, where they progressed to the role of Senior Radiographer. In 2007, they became a Senior Dosimetrist and later served as the Dosimetry Manager from 2008 to 2013.

Jones then joined Genesis Care as the Centre Manager in Portsmouth, where they worked from 2013 to 2017. Amanda later worked as a Radiographer Consultant at A Jones Radiography Services for a brief period in 2017.

Since 2018, Jones has been associated with Elekta, initially as the Principal Training Manager for North Europe and currently as the REU Director of Solutions Education and Training. Amanda continues to contribute their expertise and skills in the field of radiography and training in their current role.

Amanda Jones has a Master's Degree in Medical Physics from The Open University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Therapy Radiography from the University of Portsmouth between 1995 and 1998. Amanda attended Nonsuch Grammar School from 1988 to 1995, but no specific degrees or fields of study were mentioned for this period.
