Javier Pastor

Javier Pastor serves as the VP of Operations & Service for the Americas at Elekta since June 2015, overseeing operational and service functions within the region. Previously, Javier held roles including VP and GM for Mexico/Central America and Director of Operations & Service for LATAM, where leadership focused on operational excellence, sustainable growth, and full P&L responsibility across various segments. Prior to Elekta, Javier worked at GE Healthcare from January 2006 to June 2015, advancing through roles such as Sr. Commercial Operations Manager and Operations Manager, ultimately leading commercial operations and project management initiatives that significantly enhanced operational metrics and revenue recognition. Javier holds dual MBA degrees from Texas McCombs School of Business and EGADE Business School, as well as a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
