Monica van Donkersgoed

Monica van Donkersgoed has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Monica is currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Elekta. Prior to this, Monica held the position of Manager Talent Acquisition Europe at Applied Medical, where they managed the in-house European talent acquisition team and focused on developing and executing talent acquisition strategies. Monica also worked on employer branding activities to promote Applied Medical as a desirable workplace. Before that, Monica served as a Corporate Recruiter at Eurofins and SKF Group. Monica started their career as an International Recruitment Consultant at AIMS International The Netherlands and then worked as an HR Professional and Recruiter at Ajilon TTP. Monica has also gained experience as an HR Medewerker at Pon's Automobiel Handel b.v., an HR and Office Representative at Oxland BV, an International Recruiter at Abroad Experience BV, and a Corporate Recruiter at Sun Microsystems.

Monica van Donkersgoed completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Development and Labour Relations from Lund University, during the period of 1990 to 1994. Monica then pursued Business Administration at Halmstad University in 1994. Later, in 1997, they attended Stockholm University, but the degree and field of study are unspecified. Additional certifications include the Leadership Intensive Program from Applied Learning, which was obtained in an unspecified year, and the Cubiks Assessments from Talogy, obtained in 2014.
