Chinmay Bhat

Chinmay Bhat is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and education. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Elektrobit since April 2022, Chinmay previously worked as a Software Engineer at Impelsys, where contributions included building Alexa skills for the American Heart Association. Prior to that, Chinmay developed a voice-based teacher assistant named "Tara" using the Alexa platform at Learning Matters Private Limited. As the Founder and CEO of Svara Voicetech, Chinmay specialized in VUI design and Alexa-based solutions. Academic roles included Assistant Professor positions at PES University and CMR Institute of Technology, focusing on NLP applications with Amazon Alexa. Chinmay also has experience as a freelance writer for Viacom18 Media Private Limited and an intern at VMware, where a proposal for vCenter data visualization was implemented. Chinmay holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the University Visvesvarayya College of Engineering and an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Adichunchanagiri Institute of Technology.
