Laura Hinzmann

Laura Hinzmann is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various aspects of human resources. Currently serving as the Senior Assistant to the Chief Human Resource Officer at Elektrobit since April 2021, Laura supports both operational and strategic HR initiatives, including leading a global job architecture project and managing strategic HR projects. Previously, as an HR Specialist in Recruiting at Excellence AG, Laura managed end-to-end recruitment for engineering and IT roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers and enhancing candidate sourcing strategies. Laura's earlier roles include Recruiting Assistant at thyssenkrupp Steel, focusing on apprentices and executives, and an HR Marketing & Talent Acquisition Intern at Bosch Rexroth.
