Roman Pallierer has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Roman started their career at Technische Universität Wien as a Univ. Assistant from November 1996 to August 2000. Roman then joined Motorola as a Projektleiter, Systems Engineering from September 2000 to February 2002. Following this, they worked at Decomsys as a Projektmanager and Team Lead from February 2002 to June 2007 before being acquired by Elektrobit. At Elektrobit, they held multiple positions, including Produktmanager from July 2007 to April 2014, Senior Solution and Product Manager from April 2014 to April 2018, Head of PMT from April 2018 to April 2021, and currently serves as the Head of Product Management - Automotive Networks since April 2021.
Roman Pallierer earned a Ph.D. in Informatik from Technische Universität Wien in 2000. In addition, they obtained a Master's degree in Coaching und Organisationsentwicklung from Arge Bildungsmanagement / Sigmund Freud Universität in 2011. Roman also holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Informatik from Technische Universität Wien, which was completed in 1996. As part of their education, they studied Computer Science at Thames Valley University in London through the ERASMUS program from 1993 to 1994.
