Madison Maddox, MPA, is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting for various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Element Biosciences since March 2022, Madison empowers the scientific community to enhance its impact on humanity. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at BridgeBio, where responsibilities encompassed full lifecycle recruiting for G&A roles, and Talent Acquisition Lead for the Biologics and Cell & Gene Therapy Division at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Earlier experience includes positions at LHH as a Staffing Manager and as an Internship Director at Athlete Network, where Madison successfully managed large candidate pipelines and conducted numerous interviews.
