Customer Success Manager at Element Critical

Teresa Downs has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Teresa started their career at Fimat as an Executive Assistant, where they worked for several years. Teresa then moved on to ALAS, Inc., where they continued their role as an Executive Assistant. In 2001, Teresa joined Driehaus Capital Management as an Executive/Personal Assistant to Mr. Driehaus, where they managed the daily operations of the CEO/Chairman's office and acted as the main liaison between the CEO and their staff and family. In 2007, they joined Global Cloud Xchange as a Global Senior Customer Service Manager, overseeing the sales process and handling customer interfacing. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Tata Communications, where they held multiple roles, including Customer Success Manager and Global Service Manager. In these roles, Teresa demonstrated their skills in establishing rapport with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. Currently, they are employed at Element Critical as a Customer Success Manager.

Teresa Downs has attended Lourdes High School in Chicago, where they studied Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations. Teresa has also studied English, Psychology, and Accounting at Morton College.
