Darin Ficenec

Darin Ficenec has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Darin began their career at Donaldson, where they held various financial and managerial roles. In 2007, they joined GE Capital as a Senior Sourcing Strategic Supplier Manager and later held positions as Vice President, Sourcing, and Senior Vice President, Sourcing, where they were responsible for strategic sourcing and managing supplier relationships. In 2015, they moved to Element Financial Corporation as the Strategic Alliances Leader. Currently, they are employed at Element Fleet Management as the Vice President of Strategic Alliances.

Darin Ficenec has an MBA in Finance and Operations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, obtained between 1992 and 1994. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Business, Economics, and Mathematics from the University of Jamestown, between 1986 and 1990. Darin also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from GE, which was obtained in 2010.
