Gurvinder Kaur

Gurvinder Kaur has extensive work experience in the field of data engineering, analytics, and information technology. Gurvinder is currently serving as a Director of Data Engineering and Analytics at Element Fleet Management since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as an IT Manager for Data and Analytics from September 2015 to September 2019. Before joining Element Fleet Management, Gurvinder worked as an Information Technology Development Manager at GE Capital from April 2011 to August 2015. Gurvinder also served as a Principal Analyst at DTE Energy from December 2004 to April 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at E*Trade Financial from December 1999 to August 2003 and as a Senior Software Analyst at ST Microelectronics from July 1997 to December 1999.

Gurvinder Kaur obtained a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree from Guru Nanak Dev University from 1993 to 1996. Gurvinder also has an additional certification in the Asian Executive Leadership Program from McKinsey & Company, obtained in 2022.
