Holly Hafenmair

Holly Hafenmair has extensive experience in the fleet management industry. Holly currently holds the position of Vice President, Sales at Element Fleet Management since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Merchants Fleet from January 2019 to June 2020. Holly also held multiple roles at Element Fleet Management, including Vice President, Sales from September 2018 to January 2019, Director, Fleet Partnership Solutions from September 2016 to September 2018, Strategic Projects Manager from September 2015 to September 2016, and Independent Contractor from May 2015 to September 2015. Before joining Element Fleet Management, they worked at the company since 2009 in various positions, including Manager of New Business Activation from July 2014 to January 2015, Lead Implementation Project Manager from April 2013 to July 2014, New Business Activation Project Manager from October 2011 to April 2013, Operational Excellence Consultant from November 2010 to October 2011, and Operational Excellence Analyst from January 2009 to November 2010.

Holly Hafenmair graduated from Yale University in 2020 with a focus on Organizational Leadership & Applied Ethics. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from York College of Pennsylvania in 2012, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Holly also completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from the same institution in 2012. Holly'sundergraduate studies at York College of Pennsylvania resulted in a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Marketing and Psychology in 2008. In 2004, Holly briefly attended George Mason University and studied Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. Additionally, Holly has obtained certifications as a Certified Project Manager, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and Project Management Professional.
