Ian Oncea

Ian Oncea, CPA, CMA, is currently the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Continuous Improvement at Element Fleet Management since April 2024. Previously, Ian has enjoyed a long career at CIBC, beginning in February 2004 and progressing through various leadership roles, culminating in the position of Vice President and CEO of CIBC Life Insurance Co. Responsibilities have included envisioning client financial wellness and leading the Strategy and Insights function within the AML division, as well as directing transformational efforts in Fraud and Collections. With a background in data-driven decision-making and process improvement, Ian has established strategic initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency and client solutions. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Western University.
