Katherine Lalisan

Katherine Lalisan currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Element Health, Inc. since January 2007 and has contributed to the academic field as an Adjunct Faculty at The University of Alabama since January 2013, where responsibilities include being a preceptor for students in the College of Human Environmental Sciences. Previously, Katherine held the position of Adjunct Instructor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from May 2001 to December 2010, teaching Sports Nutrition at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Katherine was also the President of Lalisan Nutrition Consulting, Inc. from 2002 to 2007 and served as the Nutrition Coordinator for Southeastern Sports & Nutrition Institute from May 1996 to December 2001. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Health Promotion and a Dietetic Internship Program from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Auburn University.
