Gus Pasquale

Gus Pasquale is a seasoned professional with over 34 years of experience in Mortgage Banking. Currently serving as Division Principal at Element Home Loans since June 2007, Gus oversees the company's interests in Florida and drives initiatives to expand business operations across the region. Prior to this role, Gus held the position of Vice President/Director of Builder Services at HomeBanc Mortgage Company from February 2002 to April 2007, where responsibilities included creating and managing partnerships with builders and ensuring high service levels.
