Mats Bjerkaas

Mats Bjerkaas currently serves as Managing Director at Element Logic, a position held since August 2020. Prior to this, Mats was Chairman of the Board and a board member at Butikkonsept AS from February 2019 to December 2021. Mats has extensive experience in supply chain management, having fulfilled roles at Aker Solutions from August 2012 to August 2020, including Senior Project Procurement Manager and Vice President for SCM Excellence and Digital Transformation, achieving significant savings through digital initiatives. Mats also held positions at Pepsi Co Nordics as a Business Analyst/Planner and at Edda Media as a Business Controller. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Strategy and Management from the Norwegian School of Economics and an Erasmus exchange program degree from Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem. Mats's early career includes leadership training as a Platoon Leader in the Norwegian Army.
