Prior to this, Sutharshan held the position of Vice President Engineering at NAGRA from January 2018 to March 2020. With a rich background in technology and engineering, Sutharshan has extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in software product development and integration processes. Throughout their career, Sutharshan has worked in various roles at Conax AS, demonstrating a strong commitment to engineering excellence. Their educational background includes a Master's degree in Technology Management from NTNU and MIT Sloan, showcasing a dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
