Brooke Donohue

Brooke joined Element Markets in 2021 as the Head of People and Culture where she is leading the strategic development of the people function. Brooke’s expertise in delivering HR transformation and powerful people experiences helps drive employee performance and business results. Brooke has extensive Human Resources experience and was most recently the Director of Human Resources at Pacific Drilling.

Brooke is on the Board of Directors of the Alzheimer’s Association Houston and Southeast Texas Chapter, where she serves on the Executive Committee as the Development Committee Chairperson. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
