Cesar Perez

Cesar Perez is a seasoned music industry professional with diverse experience spanning over a decade. Since October 2015, Cesar has served as a Consultant at I.H. and also as a Recording Artist at Below System Records. Additionally, Cesar has been a Vocal Performer with Element Music since May 2015 and a Recording Artist at In.PaC. Sound since January 2008. Previously, from February 2015 to May 2016, Cesar held the role of A&R at Penalty Entertainment, LLC. Academically, Cesar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The City College of New York and an Associate of Arts degree from the Borough of Manhattan Community College.
