Adam Rathmill

Adam Rathmill is an experienced professional currently serving as a Prototype Engineer at Element Six since March 2023. Adam has a long-standing role at Langley FC Youth as a Youth Football Development Officer, Manager, and Coach since September 2015, with qualifications including FA Level 1 and Level 2 as well as Youth Module Awards. Prior to their current position, Adam worked for 18 years as a Senior Diamond Processing Technician at Element Six Global Innovation Centre, specializing in scaife polishing, precision lapping, resin-bond polishing of HPHT and CVD materials, laser machining, and inspection microscopy. Adam holds a GCSE from East Berkshire College and Langleywood Secondary School.
