Ari Bricker

Ari Bricker is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and client onboarding. Currently serving as Compliance Director at Element Solutions Inc since April 2018, Ari has previously held key compliance roles at COFCO International and Lloyds Bank, where significant contributions included the development of the first KYC compliance program at COFCO International and ensuring successful client onboarding at Lloyds Bank. Ari began a career in the US Navy as a Petty Officer Second Class, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Southern Connecticut State University and training at the United States Naval Submarine School. Ari holds several professional certifications, including CCEP, CAMS, CFCS, and CGSS.
