Carie A. Grustas

Carie A. Grustas has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, currently serving as the Retirement & Equity Awards Manager at Element Solutions Inc since June 2008. Carie has held various titles within the company, including Retirement & Equity Awards Administration, Assistant Plan Administrator, Accounting Manager - Shared Services, and Senior Accountant. Prior to this role, Carie worked as Assistant Controller at Canterbury School from October 2006 to June 2008, and as a Staff Accountant/Auditor at Charles Heaven & Co from December 2003 to October 2006. Additionally, Carie was the Director of Financial Affairs & Human Resources and an Adjunct Instructor at the International College of Hospitality Management between October 1998 and May 2003. Carie holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Post University and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Johnson & Wales University.
