Denis Bräuer

Denis Bräuer is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President and Corporate Treasurer at Element Solutions Inc since September 2014, while also being a member of the Global Treasury Leaders Advisory Board since May 2020. Denis has a strong background in financial leadership, having previously held the position of CFO at Indigitus AG, where the focus was on launching an IT hosting and cloud computing startup targeted at small and medium enterprises. Prior roles include Senior Director at Cisco Systems (Linksys), overseeing global finance operations and enhancing profitability, as well as working as a Broker and Investment Analyst at Gottex Brokers S.A. and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Hewlett Packard. Denis’s career began with positions at Siemens AG and Hyperstone. Denis holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University Constance and completed elementary and high school education across Denmark, Ireland, Spain, and Germany.
