Elliott Smalls

Elliott Smalls is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the UK Engineering Manager at Element Solutions Inc since April 2021, Elliott previously held the position of Engineering Manager at MacDermid Autotype from September 2008 to April 2021, where additional roles included Site Process/Project Engineer and Project Engineer. Prior experience includes positions as an Aerodynamicist and Wind Tunnel Test Engineer at Williams F1 Team from July 2003 to August 2008, and as a Planning Engineer at BMW (UK) Manufacturing Ltd from July 2001 to September 2002. Elliott holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Automotive Engineering from Oxford Brookes University and an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from Swindon College.
