Terica Traazil

Terica Traazil is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in treasury management and accounting. Currently serving as the APAC Treasury Manager and Lead at Element Solutions Inc since July 2019, Terica has successfully reduced bank fees by approximately 50% through effective negotiations and project management. Key achievements include the establishment of a second cash pool in China for M&A entities and the migration of several businesses. Prior experience includes roles as a Treasury Analyst at APL Logistics and significant positions in accounts payable at ZALORA Group. Terica began their career as an Accountant at Offshore Logistics (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd and an Audit Intern at Duta Power Engineering & Services. Terica holds a Master of Arts in Accounting and Finance from The University of Edinburgh and completed an Undergraduate Foundation in Accounting and Business/Management at the University of St Andrews.
