Jeff Holds

Jeff Holds is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and distribution sectors. Since February 2004, Jeff has served as Principal and President - COO at Element Technologies, LLC, providing consulting services to enhance operational security, stability, and optimization for businesses. Prior roles include Partner at Data Engineering Services, managing mainframe service contracts, and Account Executive at MPC, where achievements included membership in the Presidents Club for sales excellence. Jeff has also held key positions in sales and distribution management at Mirror Image Software, Esprit, All American Semiconductor, and Arrow Electronics, where significant contributions included achieving ISO 9002 certification and directing large-scale distribution activities.
