Jaime Moquin has over 20 years of experience in customer success and admissions roles. Currently, Jaime serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Element451, where they oversee the management of engagement, enrollment, marketing, and student success for higher ed institutions. Prior to this, Jaime was the Vice President of Engagement and Customer Success at Jenzabar, where they led professional services, online learning, and customer success management. Jaime also held the position of Vice President of Customer Success and Partnership Development at EdAgree, Inc, where they were responsible for establishing and executing partner and student acquisition strategies. Earlier in their career, Jaime worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at BenchPrep, managing complex customer accounts. Jaime has also held various customer success and admissions roles at ACT, the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University, University of Minnesota Morris, School District of Winter, and Northland College.
Jaime Moquin has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Northland College. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. They also obtained a certification in PMC Level III from the Pragmatic Institute in December 2013.
