Sam Parry Fcipd

Sam Parry FCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources at various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Element78 since May 2023, Sam advances HR strategies and supports senior management. Previous roles include Human Resources Project Manager at Somerset Bridge Group, where significant contributions were made to attain Silver IIP status, and Head of Human Resources at both Wadworth and Weird Fish Clothing, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and cultural change. With a solid foundation in HR from AccorHotels, where Sam held various managerial positions, and earlier HR roles at Air France and Copthorne & Millennium Hotels, Sam has cultivated a strong background in HR strategy, compliance, and talent development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Thames Valley University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Catering Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
