Dan Pilone

Dan Pilone is the Co-Founder, CEO, and CTO of Element 84. Dan has also worked as a Sr. Software Architect for Vangent, Inc., and as a Software Architect for Blueprint Technologies. Pilone has also been an Independent Consultant for Trolltech and a Computer Scientist for the Naval Research Laboratory.

Pilone is the author of the UML Pocket Reference and the UML 2.0 Pocket Reference, and is a coauthor of UML 2.0 In a Nutshell, Head First Software Development, Head First Algebra, and Head First iPhone & iPad Development.

Dan Pilone received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, with a minor in Mathematics.
