Stephen Hird

Stephen Hird is a highly experienced Senior Performance and Drilling Engineer currently working at Elemental Energies since January 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen spent over a decade at Vysus Group, contributing critical expertise in asset performance and project management following its separation from Lloyd’s Register. In earlier positions, Stephen held roles at Lloyd's Register, where responsibilities included performance and drilling engineering, and at Halliburton, serving as Lead Drilling Optimisation Engineer for Shell EPE. Stephen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Liverpool John Moores University, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
