Abagale Hearn has a diverse work experience in the field of research and laboratory work. Abagale started their career as a Contract Research Assistant at Monsanto in 2013, where they utilized automation and other technologies for high-throughput screening of bacterial samples. In 2014, they worked as a Genetic Quality Assurance Laboratory Intern at Monsanto, where they researched and created a sampling method to improve workflow and safety.
