Sadie Henderson

As Partnerships Analyst, Sadie supports the Growth Team by working with both the Navigator and Philanthropy teams to optimize internal systems, develop corporate partnerships, and improve our philanthropic partner management processes.

Sadie began her career as a Project 55 Fellow with Learner-Centered Collaborative, a mission-driven non-profit focused on catalyzing the shift towards learner-centered educational practices. During her time there, she discovered a joy for mission-driven work which led her to joining Elemental and shifting her focus to climate innovation.

Sadie graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in History and minors in Gender and Sexuality Studies and South Asian Studies.

Sadie lives in San Francisco and can regularly be found hiking, playing volleyball, buying more books that she can read, or drinking a hot cup of tea.
