Sridhar Iyengar

Sridhar Iyengar is the CEO and founder of Elemental Machines. Sridhar has over fifteen years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on consumer electronics and wearable devices. Prior to Elemental Machines, they were the founder and director of Misfit Wearables, where they led the development of the company's flagship product, the Misfit Shine. Sridhar also founded and served as CTO of AgaMatrix, a leading provider of glucose monitoring devices. Iyengar began their career as an engineering manager at FireSpout, a startup that developed one of the first cloud-based data storage platforms.

Sridhar Iyengar has a PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Cambridge and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Sridhar also attended Farragut high school.
