Kate Watermann

Kate Watermann has over two decades of experience in product development and technical support within the personal care industry. Since joining Elementis Global in October 2000, Kate has held various positions, including Global Product Development & Technical Support Manager for Personal Care, Personal Care Applications Manager for EMEA & Asia, Group Leader for Consumer Applications, and Applications Specialist. Prior to that, Kate worked as a Technical Officer at Boots Contract Manufacturing from 1996 to 2000. Kate's educational background includes a Diploma in Cosmetic Science from De Montfort University and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Chemistry from Northumbria University.
