Shai Shwartz

Shai Shwartz has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Shai currently serves as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Elementor since 2021. Prior to this, Shai worked at Optimove, where they held various positions including Software Engineering Manager and Full Stack Team Leader, responsible for managing SCRUM teams and core products development. Before joining Optimove, Shai worked at SalesTech as a Software Developer, focusing on CRM and back-office systems development. Shai began their career at Synced Vision as a Software Engineer, specializing in researching and developing web ideas, databases architecture, and UI/UX design.

From 2009 to 2013, Shai Shwartz attended Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in specialized Information Systems.
