Tanvir Mahbub

Tanvir Mahbub has a diverse work experience that includes roles in technical support and web development. Tanvir worked for Elementor as a Remote Technical Support Engineer, where they responded to technical tickets, reported bugs, and provided onboarding assistance. Tanvir also served as a Remote Technical Support Engineer Team Lead, responsible for recruiting and training employees and evaluating their performance. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder of VoidCoders. Tanvir also worked as a Web Developer for Fiverr, creating websites using WordPress or custom coding and assisting clients with troubleshooting. Tanvir'sexpertise and dedication earned him 5-star ratings on all projects.

Tanvir Mahbub attended Shahjalal University of Science and Technology from 2012 to 2018, majoring in Computer Science. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Technical Support Fundamentals from Coursera.
