Chris Aven /Sukh Anand

Chris Aven/Sukh Anand has extensive experience in management and graphic design, currently serving as the General Manager at Elements Massage™ since May 2014. Previously, Chris held the same position at Yoga West from September 2009 to April 2014, overseeing staff management, client relations, and various operational tasks. In addition to management roles, Chris operates as a self-employed freelance graphic designer, specializing in promotional materials for small businesses, logos, and website development since January 1986. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Art from the American College of Applied Arts, certification as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher from Yoga West, and ongoing studies at the Kerala Ayurveda Academy.
